I am in the same boat. Currently at EY and TCS is potentially offering 100k more than I make now. Feels dumb to pass it up despite reviews 🤷♀️

I would just take the interview; and get to know that that have to offer.
Stay away.
Only take if you're unemployed, have no other prospects, and the bills are piling up. I used to work at Wipro and I am never, ever going back unless I'm in dire straits again.
Management by juugard is real in those places. In practice, it showed up as "throw all the bodies at the wall and see what sticks". It's still very hierarchical, women are interrupted by men and expected to toe the line more.
The promotion process at big 4 isn't the clearest to navigate, but this was downright opaque. When one of my coworkers was promoted at Wipro, HR literally told us that there would be no accompanying raise because "the company views the promotion as your reward."
We called doing expenses on Friday afternoons "arts and crafts hour"... Because not only did we have to submit a digital expense report, we then had to glue (not tape, not staple) the physical paper receipts to 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper to mail to the head office every week to get reimbursed. Where they were then scanned digitally so someone in india could review and match it up to our digital expense report.
Those are just the 3 most imprinted memories. Countless other micro incidents.
All comments are pretty much consistent with the noise I’ve picked up about TCS. However, it appears they are willing to throw some good $$ at me to convince me otherwise 😊
Good $$$ will float you for sometime, but it unfortunately does not buy company culture, and you will get tired of it fast.
How much are they offering?
