Couch rotting. And a bedroom reset - having a clean room all week really makes me feel less stressed
Well, first, I make all kinds of plans and have grand ideas of all the things I plan on achieving... then the weekend comes and goes... and I have found that I have basically accomplished nothing, or almost nothing on to-do list. By the time the weekend comes I am in full burn out mode and just want to rest. But then Monday starts and I feel super guilty about all of the things I did not do :( hope everyone else made the most of their weekend

I feel this in my bones
A nap, grocery shopping. Maybe laundry and light cleaning if I can be bothered. I like to be prepared by doing the things I won’t have time for during the week
A little grocery shopping & meal prep. Then mostly relaxing by watching a show and/or taking a nice long walk at a park
Pro
I try to do as little as possible, honestly. There's maybe one load of laundry left and maybe some meal prep.
But I just like to relax and recenter before the hectic work week.
