Deloitte’s is 25 cents on the dollar for first 6%. In other words, 1.5%.
Pension (when you’re eligible) is 3.8% annually and 2.5-9% for every year you work based on your age. So for me, I’m 35 and I would get 3.8% + 3%.
Based on age and tenure a % is defined ... most of us will average between 3 and 6%. Pension is more of an annuity... it’s pegged to an index that on average generates 3-4% per year
We get no 401k match. I really think our company should fix that. We have a defined contribution plan but it’s negligible.
5% for Associates and Consultants
10% for Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners
15% for Managing Director and Partners (that all 1 title)
Paid on base and bonus. No match required. No vesting. Any amount over IRS limits is paid cash + gross up.
Got it. Probably just MM or target date. Hopefully people are being more thoughtful on their asset allocation.
25% match up to 6% of your comp, additional 10% of prior year total comp as a profit share into 40-k. Anything over 275k 401k limit goes to an executive deferred comp plan
