What's your perception of Deloitte?

I'm based in London and am seeing so many roles open at Deloitte here in London.

I'm considering to go for the PM role at Deloitte Ventures specifically.

Many Deloitte people based in the US especially say it's not a great place to work. But I also hear from ex-colleagues who used to be or are now in Deloitte here in London say that it's a great place to for career progression and get amazing experience working in high profile projects.
What do you think?
