Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

When I started my career at 22yo, was making around 80K and paying 1.5K rent. Target 1/3 net (take home) for rent. Napkin math I wouldn’t recommend paying more than 2K in rent until you surpass at least 100K.
Not MBB and I’m in industry now - old title. The secret is I double majored in 2 STEM degrees at an Ivy League. I also always keep my resume up to date and interview opportunistically, and I make some money on the side doing non-competitive contract work.
