I left a senior role to pivot into a new field — instead, I landed in a toxic environment with incompetent, bullying managers. My promotion, overdue by 8 years, didn’t happen. I walked out to protect my mental health. The role I took next set me back a decade, but I had to escape. Now I ask: should I report what happened, even if HR won’t act? Maybe not for me — but to protect the next person. Silence protects the wrong people.

Got an offer from EY(london) for manager level position. Fixed pay is 82k GBP for 7 years of industry experience in credit risk management. Could someone pls share the experience about annual raise at EY(london) and how career progress/promotion for someone at manager level.

I recently accepted a position with a new org. One of the benefits I asked about with offer was the parental leave policy and was told (in writing by HR) 16 weeks paid after 1 year, which is as good as you can hope for in US. Now I’ve been sent the employee handbook to review/sign and it says only 12 weeks, which is less than the org I’m leaving. What might my recourses be to negotiate 16 weeks when the time comes? Also, should I be viewing this is a red flag?

I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
