When applying for a big tech company like Microsoft or Meta, who do you address your cover letter to? Is it possible to find out who will be reviewing your application when the company is that big?

I’ve seen it suggested to call the respective division and see if you can get a more precise answer. Has this been successful for any of y’all?

I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

To many people wear their burnout as a badge of honor. It’s time to consider pivoting.

I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Should I just cancel one of them? Or should I at least put both on the table and see what they say? They're going to hire me either way, but I wonder if it's a bad start to ask for both.
