I’ve got a partnership w/ two of my uncles. We have two houses on rent. we use the profit from the homes as a single pot where we pay for the maintenance expenses (different cash flow from each). We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home? I don’t wanna add extra accounting of maintaining expense/cash flow from the next one we buy as a larger group Thoughts?

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I’m feeling weary of spending this much but we live in a HCOL area near a major city and we have high taxes. It’s hard to find anything decent under $800K. Should I just suck it up in order to be a homeowner?

My husband and I have saved up about $80K and it’s just sitting in our bank account. Hey so just to check on my part. I worked at a place where we went to a firm happy hour and women attorneys were there. A picture was passed around of a really hot woman on Instagram who they are oggled , later after the woman left some guy talked about all the quote whores he slept with. My dept has 2 directors. One is so rude. The other ignores the issue. The previous HR director told me to report any issues because she was building a case (not appropriate info to share, I know). She's since left and there's a new HR director. This rude guy has recently sent me several very rude things through email and I'm debating how to handle it. Is it worth it to talk to HR? Im worried it'll just make things worse since none of it is "wrong", just rude and insensitive.
