When does your firm typically give out bonuses?

Did not receive one at fiscal year end in June/July, so I am wondering if I should be expecting one near December 31.

Love this!

My firm’s fiscal year matches the calendar year and we receive bonuses and salary adjustments (retroactive to 1/1) in March.

Does your firm have a handbook or evaluation policy? This info should be in there.

I work at a large firm with a fiscal year that ends in April; bonuses paid in July. No end of year / Christmas bonus.

This makes me sad. But at least you have a hot girl summer with that bonus money.

Typically the Friday before the holiday party, so around 12/15ish. We’re hustling right now to try to get profits booked to max the bill bonuses for our staff.

Our firm pays out bonuses the spring (Mar/Apr).

Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.

This is not my wheelhouse so I’m not sure of the answer. If someone is writing a “memoir” and is including me in it, and I DONT want to be in the book, do I have any legal recourse?
