When I have applied in Accenture first I have cleared the assessment then got an email to select slots for skill interview that was also cleared and then I got a call from HR to upload the documents. Now after 2 days again I got the assessment link not sure what is happening here.
HR is not responding.
When I was submitting the document the status was “Interview completed”
But now again it’s showing “Assessment”
If anyone face similar situation please help.

As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. I work with (not in) the I&D dept at my company and our target recruiting groups don’t include or mention indigenous. Any recruiters here that have insight?

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(
