I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

Just say you feel like you’re not being challenged anymore.
I second @CD1 - always stay positive. Never say anything negative about the role or company. I always state I’m looking, as I want to progress in my role and take on more challenges. The new company will usually ask if you approached your manager about this prior to looking and always say yes (even if you didn’t) otherwise it looks like you didn’t put effort into making the position work. Lastly, you’ll want to state there wasn’t room for you to take on more challenges at your current place bc the new company will want to make sure the reason your company didn’t progress you more is not because you’re not capable, but because there wasn’t opportunity. My family member has been a recruiter for 30 years and this advice has worked well for me. Good luck OP!
How long have you been there? If it's been a while, you could just say it's time to go.
If it's been short, you could say it's cuz you haven't made anything since you got there, you don't feel supported and worry your portfolio will stagnate if you stay much longer.
Does the agency have a reputation for being bad? If so, tell them the rumours are true.
Are they too traditional in their approach? And you want to do more interesting and unexpected work and they just don't know or understand how to do that.
The agency you're interviewing at, what are they good at? Whatever they're great at, say your current agency isn't and you really want to learn from and work with people who don't well.
Be positive, they like that. I’m excited for what’s next...
We know all the standard (fake) answers well. I'd say it's more of "you're not crazy" check type of question and you can be professional about it. To be clear, people will tell you the darnest things!:) It's a vibe check and that there isn't something deeply worrisome we need to know about. Definitely going on angry rants or trash talk is a flag. Say you are looking for a better fit and a new professional challenge etc
Tell them how much you love your current agency and how much you have learned but you feel like there isnt room for advancement so you are exploring new opportunities so you can flex your creativity and excel and help clients build brands. Basically lie.
You’re a writer, can you not figure out a spin for this?
VP 1 - I could try but I've never been in this position before and want to check what others would do in my position. Just because I'm a writer it doesn't mean I can't look outwards for help
ECD1 nailed it. Just lie, say you want new challenges blah blah blah
Greener pastures elsewhere.
Say you want more of something, not less of something. At least let them think you’re a glass is half full kind of person until after you’re hired.
It’s not a good fit
