I hear you and have been there! If it feels too hard it’s likely time for a rest and that rest can be 30 min to take a walk and get back to it or take a day or two off (depending on deadlines etc.). I had a mgr that had anxiety and convinced him to take a 30 min walk everyday and it worked for him and his quality of work.
It took me a very long time to realize rest is part of success not derailing it. I hope this helps!
Take some downtime for yourself to reflect and think about whether it’s worth it. Does it make you happy? Is this contributing to whatever your goal is for your project/career?
