I joined a product team that seems to be very disorganized without any project manager or project planning or tracking. Manager is new and also confused. Any advice on how to deal with favouritism in the work place? I'm on a 2 man team that's fairly new. I am part of development project in Accenture for the past 5 months. In the five months, only one simple development story was assigned and completed within one sprint. But for the last four sprints they are assigning only the support user stories like documentation. I am always keen to work on development part but in the current project there was not much user stories for development.
