Hi, my status changed from F1 to H1B last October. The I797 has the new I94 and it’s validity as well. Does this I94 get reflected in the I94 site? Or do we only use the I797 as the validity of our status and of the I94 itself.

Debating about selling my position in QQQ and just buying individual shares of the main techs. I’m feeling a little too diversified that it’s hurting my gains. I’m also thinking of the same approach for my positions in other hedge funds and selling them to buy the main holdings that they have. Some of the funds I have cross over each other with the same holdings. This is for a Ira account.

I am a first year associate is it possible to grind in the M&A world for a little and then as you get more senior to diversify your practice a little more? Like general corporate counseling?
