After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?

Agree with D1. Your company should have a guide or you can reach out to HR if unsure. I expense everything when I travel since I’m traveling for the company and we also receive a per diem. Not sure what company you work for but for most consulting companies in my experience Starbucks, DD or just coffee from anywhere are covered as long as you meet your per diem amount (if there is one). The only time I’ve ever had an issue with expensing was when I worked at JPM. I was asked why I bought a coffee at place A and then a croissant at place B as that counted as two breakfast even though I was under the daily $ amount.

No, I can afford coffee. But also, if there’s a a Dunkin I’m going there and getting a dozen donuts for the team and these get expensed.
We get a per-diem for non-team meals, so yes?

If you're adding donuts, so many spots better that DD. I gather this is a best coffee in middle America rather than a do you expense it question.
When traveling, coffee is the coffee in the hotel which often is a Starbucks, but more likely brewed Folger's. Not adding an Uber stop for coffee on the way to the client site
As somebody from "middle America" those places don't exist here. We have to grind the coffee beans we grow in the field with a mortar and pestle, and don't share with outsiders

And Middle America has great local coffee from the tropical rainforest farm lands in countries like Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, etc. ain’t no Starbucks or DD there.

No, but we get per diem + $10/day for ‘extra expense’ such as tipping for parking, coffee, etc. the $10 does not require a receipt
