When will we be notified of this year’s promotion in TD?

Anyone here started their own government contracting company and subcontracted with other Primes? It’s been something I’m leaning towards as I’ve been building the network for it. I know it’s a bit niche, but would love to hear about other’s experiences.

I am a Angular Frontend developer with HTML, CSS, js, ts as my secondary languages. I also have some idea of Azure app services (and recently passed my AZ900 Exam last month).

I wish to upgrade my techstack but not sure what will help me to grow FINANCIALLY and have sustainable career in IT.
Can you guide me on what can I learn for the same.
1. React and react Native
2. Azure and complete any certification such as AZ 204
3. MEAN stack.

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?

I have not been asked about the educational certificates yet.

They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

I have been on a project for over a year and have been managing workload of a role at a much higher pay rate. It is time to renew my contract and I know the client/project I am on will not pay my consulting firm more as the client historically does not increase pay for consultants (I have seen great talent leave for this reason). FDD/TAS Senior > Restructuring (Rx) analyst or associate (FAS/Banking) - Has anyone seen it done before? Would starting from Valuation instead of FDD be a better stepping stone to Rx banking.
