I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I'm in the process of trying to get out, to be honest. I've been doing this for over a decade and I'm tired. I might come back after a break but I'm not even sure about that. I've been looking into becoming an executive assistant, it seems like I would have a lot of transferable skills.
I’ve been doing this about 15 years and I feel the same. I’m thinking I want a no billable remote position. I want to be around more for my kids. I know it’s hard to come by - I’m putting it out into the universe!
the Person that sent the email and everyone who forwarded it were culpable in hurting your reputation in your field. It was retaliatory in nature and they created an hostile work environment for you. Are people treating you poorly as a result? You may want to move on. I would move on but also file a complaint with the State Bar association. And file a complaint the your state and federal EEOC’s. I wouldn’t let people get away with the egregious and unlawful behavior.
What is your primary practice area? That will influence your in-house or other pivot options.
Litigation. Most recently I’ve dipped into Employment and I really like it.

I've been in-house for 20 years and have never felt tapped out or burned out. Most of that time was spent in small legal departments (large and small companies) with me being the only paralegal which gave me a lot of room for growth. The one stint where I was in a legal department with over 150 people, I was in ethics and compliance which I absolutely loved. The role was more specialized but there was still room for growth and to develop new skills. If you're looking for 6 figures and/or remote, consider contract management or legal operations.

That could in a few directions. I have read of some paralegals go In-house, corporate (from smaller Boutique firms), some go to work for the actual court systems, the older one (if they have gotten benefits all those years) retire early, and some go into a completely different field of work and never looked back (and that to me is a shame. It shouldn't be this way but, it is).
