Currently our marketing team is of one (me) and we outsource quite a bit of other tasks as we continue to grow. With that said, one of the tasks I am currently involved with is creating weekly emails from scratch and I am pretty darn good at them. Yet so many people (several in different teams) have requested to review my work before it’s sent. It’s unnecessary and makes the job less efficient. How can I politely and professionally decline their request?

Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment.
