Where do you guys go when you’re unsure the best end, or long-term goal for your career path? (No degree currently.)

My current mentor is within my current company so, while they’re open and honest, I know there’s some limitations they’ll have on advice and suggestions.

I now know my strengths and weakness and preferences, I know I can fill several roles very well within multiple industries (currently a corporate trainer). I need to make 55-65K soon and can’t wait 3 years for a big move.

I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work. I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.
