Try Arashi in Ballard or Yoroshiku in Wallingford

like

I will second this for Arashi

Samurai noodle, right next to Uwajimaya

Omg you have to go. Its seriously my favorite place.

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya. They have many locations.

I always order garlic tonkotsu or tonkotsu shoyu. I’ll recommend to order the pork items instead of chicken if you eat pork cause they’re more flavorful and fragrant.

Honestly Ooink will change you life. Go there immediately

I’ve had a lot of ramen around here and can easily say Ramen Danbo is the best one in Seattle hands down.

Yorishiku.
Tokyo-ya Ramen.

Go to Ooink. Some of Seattle's best ramen is served in this unassuming location in Capitol Hill above a QFC grocery store. The broth is rich and delicious thanks to the assortment of home-made tares and noodles. The spicy ramen has spice levels that range from one to four, with the shoyu being a great option.

like

I always go back to Jinya Ramen Bar. The tonkotsu black is bursting with garlic flavor, while the tonkotsu red is the most traditional.

I definitely agree with Yoroshiku as the best in the city.

I keep hearing this. I am adding it to my list to check out this weekend

Samurai noodle is one of my favorite places in the cities. I'm going to go there tomorrow actually.

Arashi Ramen in Tukwila is my personal favorite. Ramen is one of my favorite foods, so I've eaten at a lot of ramen restaurants, and this place is definitely the best!

Oh brother

Big fan of kizuki and ramen danbo, honestly pretty close to what you might find in Japan. I’m a fan of lighter broths though so if you like thicker and richer ones I’d recommend menya musashi or ooink

Ramen Danbou on capital hill. Closest thing to authentic Japanese style ramen you’ll ever get in Seattle

Japanese restaurant Yoroshiku! The ramen here is some of the fattest in the neighborhood, and it's so amazing you should upgrade to additional chashu.

Numerous ramen varieties are available at Kizuki Ramen. The yuzu shio with a light broth that achieves a perfect mix of salt and Japanese citrus taste is even better than the garlic tonkotsu shoyu.

Tonkotosu ramen prepared in the Hakata style is served at Ramen Danbo and comes in shio, miso, and negi-goma varieties. Customers can choose the amount of lard, the thickness of the soup, the thickness of the noodles, and the amount of spicy sauce.

This place seems legit, thanks!

Ooink is amazing! Just limited seating
Tokyo-ya Ramen in Federal Way is also amazing

I was tired of asking people to go to concerts with me so I booked 5 of them to go by myself, starting next month. Hope I’m gonna have a blast
