What are the exit opportunities for digital consulting if product management recruiting doesnt go well?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

I’m a new patent prosecution associate and unfortunately only just now realized that maybe prosecuting patents isn’t something I want to do long term. I loved copyright (and trademark) in law school, but I have loans to pay off. Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money.
