Which company should I go for Vimo or Encora?

I'm a frontend developer with 7 years of experience. And currently have offer as below:

Vimo - Position-Software dev Lead(UI)-wfh

Encora -Position-Software dev Lead(full stack)-wfh

Though Encora is offering more package(2L diffrence), it is client based and there can be chances of projecting getting shut.
Vimo is a new US based product based company earlier development was outsourced through xoriant

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs).
