My hypothesis was that over the pandemic Google over-showed the large sites like NYTimes, Forbes, CNET, TomsGuide, etc in high value categories to make sure users were getting info from well-trusted sources. Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . Should I be asking for more $? Thoughts on the offer and how much more $ I should be asking for ? Current location is kinda irrelevant since I will be working remotely.
