Which one to choose?

I'm working as Tech Lead and have 11 years of experience, recently got offer from Wipro and Deloitte, which one to choose? both are offering similar packages(and more or less similar salary structure), what are the benefits and opportunities i will be getting if i join Wipro / Deloitte, can you share your input and which one will you suggest?

Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.
