Why????

I’m not sure. since I submitted my application there were no movements at all to the status and dashboard still said no documents received. I called them and they immediately showed my transcript as received after confirming personal info and told me they’d start the education evaluation now

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

I’m really annoyed and tired. Thoughts?
