Is optum global solutions a service based company i know it is captive of UHG but is the work done is similar to other service based companies like TCS, Infosys , Wipro etc..? And is there any concept on strict timings with check in and checkout time or is it flexible??

The cases that take longer are those cases that have more legal issues, that is, they present more variables.
The courts are places with a lot of traffic, something is always happening so it is not common for a case to be tried immediately for this to happen you have to wait for a vacancy to open up in the court as they always have a busy schedule.
At the time of going to trial, things like the parties involved and the issues involved are very taken into account, that is, everything must be up to date to start the trial and not suffer postulations, therefore until the parties are sure. it is not started.
There are many trials that are delayed for legal reasons and others in some cases are delayed because there is negative media coverage of the case, that is, it causes people to show an attitude in the streets which can be detrimental to the case, the best An example of this is the case of OJ Simpson until today it is believed that the judge's decision had a lot to do with the issue of racism that was handled in the streets.
One of the most common reasons for delaying the litigation of a case is its complexity. Therefore the prosecution does not demand the time of the case until they have the necessary bases to achieve a conviction.
