Looking for a new challenge. Interested in a referral into Salesforce. I’m currently a top performing senior Field Sales Executive selling new business subscription and SaaS into the corporate tech vertical. I live in the DMV area. Hit me up if you’d be willing to help with a referral at Salesforce. Thanks!!
Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

Usually YOE. I'd be shocked to hear that you're a Consultant level with 2-3 YOE who landed an L6 role at AWS or elsewhere in Amazon. Alternative explanation is super niche skillset.
Been quoted $140-160k for SFA in Seattle. Should I negotiate higher if I get the offer?
YOE 7; exp in industry/ advisory/ consulting
L6 band and scope at Amazon is very wide (intentionally).

Sc and interviewed for l6 at Amazon. That was the right fit but my reporting manager also was l6
L6 at Amazon has a wide range per sc1s note. It’s a terminal level and also the post-mba level. It includes individual contributors and managers. SM is probably on the border of L6 and L7 and you could get either one depending on your experience/ interview performance/role definition. Some L7 roles are “managers/director of managers” so they manage multiple L6 managers that have multiple l4-l6 direct reports, so you’d have 3-5 managers reporting to you with a total org size of 12-20. That kind of responsibility/oversight is a bit beyond what most SM level consultants are used to, so you can see why they’re hesitant to drop ppl into that role.

Level of work experience required for a L6 role and the work experience of the resources that you typically find in those roles are aligned with the SM level at B4. L6 is definitely aligned to SM or heavy M — SC would be a L4 or L5 depending.
Never seen an L3 at AWS, at least in the US.

The actual work at AWS is much different and a professional services role within AWS has fewer areas of responsibility.
Generally you focus on engagement delivery and while you may supportsales, you don’t have a sales target and utilization targets aren’t enforced.
The focus is on delivery and solutions architecture which ultimately result in additional workloads on AWS. My current bill rate is easily 30% lower than I would be elsewhere if not 50% lower.
It’s not as mature in a lot of ways but it doesn’t really need to be.
