Preach
advocate for what to whom? recruiters are literally that, recruiters. they are not advocates. they are not your interviewers. they have no ability to make any decisions on hiring. they have no business input. I don't say that is a slam on them they have very hard jobs to do. but at the end of the day they are not part of the hiring process.
in fact you should consider there is also a difference between a sourcer and a recruiter. one finds candidates The other one screams and preps candidates on the logistics of the process
Because there’s probably 2 people covering 50+ candidates.
Hopefully there are some of them in here that could answer why, this is an unsolved mystery I have been trying to crack myself
