Why is it that “Big Law” firms in Cincinnati pay less (starting out) than P&G ($140k)?

FTM here. My 18 months old started daycare and we are doing a transition plan where we will do 2 days for 2 - 3 hrs each in week1, 3-4 hrs each for 3 days in week2 and 4-5 hrs for 3 days in weeks3 and week4. He has always been home with either me, my husband or grandparents so this is his first time being outside home. During his first day he cried for 2 hrs straight. When I went to pick him up he was standing in the room and crying where one teacher was teaching numbers and the other .. contd.

Probably not the right bowl. I have $240k in my savings account, recently became a father of 3 and my wife left her job so now one income. I make $215k base. Monthly expenses prob around $6.5k including my mortgage. Home equity somewhere around $200k. I've never been good at investing (always losing money in the market). Want to move to a bigger home but don't want to lose my cash cushion. How can I conservatively grow my net worth? Vague question but any help appreciated. BTW I'm 33.

A lot of post about working in tech seem to focus on two things: making six figures and (unlimited) PTO policies. These things are great but with the recent wave layoffs and uncertainties about what retirement is going to look like moving forward what is something that you’re doing with that tech paycheck now that may not have an immediate benefit but is focused on planning for the future?

I have an 8 month old who is 26 pounds and pretty long. His Huggies size 5s, which have worked well for us for a long time, have started to leak at night. Hello! Any tips on entering mid law or in-house in Cincinnati graduation. Currently, a 3L at a New York school (not top ranked), 3.17 GPA. I do have good work experience working as a state judicial law intern, member of a hybrid SA program between my school and a big-law firm, and currently as an intern working on Smart Contracts and a legal advisor to the company’s CLM team. However, its been difficult to get my foot in the door and I am worried its because of grades. Can anyone provide advice?
