Got an offer from IBM as an application developer for 10 LPA and from Bosch as a SERVICENOW consultant for 8 LPA.

Which one to choose??

i have offer from Nagarro with 25 lpa fixed and pwfh , TIAA 25 fixed 10% bonus , HSBC technology asking me for retention but it has production support work along with development so I am bit hesitant to stay in HSBC Technology
