Sorry that you have a team morale issue. It is cool to work hard and be happy with your job! I like my job too. I’m sure there’s plenty in FB that can say the same but you should know that we like to complain in this medium. 😊
That’s silly! Mediocrity and laziness is so annoying! It’s one thing to work hard, play hard and be good at both, but it’s something else if the hard work part isn’t there.
The former is nice and very much “cool”, but the latter is just annoying. Lazy people who are sloppy have no place in the workforce.
Ok, I agree with working efficiently and doing the least with maximum results. However, this does not mean mediocrity! It just frees up time for the team to do more interesting projects and develop faster. I’m not crazy like the firm asking for 110% utilization but I do value ambitious hard workers that also work smart.

Feel you. Even weird when many ppl actually work very hard but kinda have to act like it’s just a paycheck, or you become a pathetic workaholic. Don’t really understand. Growing up in a competitive culture and this reminds me of high school when the most hardworking kid kept telling me how she didn’t study at all🤷🏻♀️
