Will I get blacklisted after dropping out of the company (Big4) after a month? I received another job offer at a different company (Another Big 4) that interests me much more. However, I wouldn't want to burn any bridges either, as there is another group/team within the company that I would want to work for.

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

Working on a divorce where the father is claiming that he is unemployed because of the previous administration’s actions with DACA (he was brought to the States as a child). I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes. I believe it does as the application period to renew DACA benefits was reopened in 2020. Thoughts?
