Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?

Is it normal to get yelled at by the client? Swearing and all? Ever happened to anyone?

Im jumping in to make everything work. So, I am thinking of returning to my background with spreadsheet gymnastics and project management.
