With 11 YOE, working in a startup as Tech Lead for RPA and Agentic AI & LLM technology with just 12 leaves in an year and fixed Salary of 28 LPA, I am confused how much increment I should ask from new companies? I am asking industry standard of 30~40% which goes around 36~40 LPA, but I have heard that large organizations are also offering upto 45 LPA for a AI & LLM BAs. I am confused on how much should I ask for and negotiate on.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case?
