Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

You don’t say anything to them (after all it won’t change anything). But you look for another job.
I stay far away from family businesses.
Have been in that exact situation but the husband had the talent and the experience. His wife had a Creative Director title without a creative degree and no experience. Simply because she was his partner. Needless to say they churn through staff like crazy.
They also took out issues from their relationship on staff as well as pulling them into their relationship drama. Easily the most dysfunctional business I’ve ever experienced.
Look for a new job. After securing a new job, have a heart to heart with the wife and let her know. Then leave and let her know if anything changes, you'd be happy to return.
People get to senior leadership because of risks like this. To put yourself out there and let others see you were right after everything blows over.
Run from any family business. It’s never good. Ever.
You gtfo and let them burn.
