Worked as SDE for a mid level MNC for 8 years before I switched to a product based company, hoping I would get a good exposure to the world of product based companies and a much better compensation.
But the tech stack being used here is 10 years in the past. I am not learning as much as I'd hoped. The company has a continued history of bad culture and frequent layoffs.
Been working here for just 6 months and now I feel like I need another switch.
Is such a frequent switch acceptable?

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
