Planning on leaving the firm/consulting...is there any harm in sharing new job details with partner?or manager you liked working with?

My boss hasn't been teaching me anything new and I've been left out of meetings with agency partners. Is it possible that she's not helping me grow on purpose?

How do you professionally address a noticeable lack of diversity on your team? More than 85% of my team is white or white passing, and of the remaining individuals none are Black, Indigenous, or AAPI.

What is your understanding of the norms around whose names end up on a brief/complaint/motion papers etc.? I’m a midlevel at an AmLaw 20 firm and have twice been the principal drafter of something only to be cut from the signature block. The associate senior to me is on it despite having done far less of the work. And it’s not because it required a rewrite or something. The filed product is 80-90% my work. Am I wrong to be pissed off about this?

What’s your take on working along side a team in marketing but barely any of your team enjoy the social present, let alone having actual social accounts. I’m totally respect people who want to keep their personal life private, but not knowing what the hell is trending while holding a role that deal with social media contracts everyday and giving others opinions, that’s what I’ll have problem with. Over the past year, my counsel is constantly judged by a select few senior business folks (eg arguing over FTC compliance, IP risk counsel, and even simple things regarding NDAs that any attorney wouldn’t question. It’s very frustrating that my own team is the one I have to defend my logic to (and not opposing counsel). It feels like they want a rubber stamper, which is not me.I never faced this at my prior in-house roles (probably because they were much a larger). Any advice on how to handle?

I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation.
