Working in a high profile company with regional offices and lots of engineering teams. Pay is good almost market value but bureaucracy is obvious. Love what i do but sometimes feel i don't get visibility from upper management due to multiple management layers above you. With my 10 years of experience, does it make sense to move to well paid small or medium size companies where there is a great possibility to become a key decision maker and get recognition?

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?
