Two related pieces of advice always come to mind. The first is "stay in your lane." The second is "choose your battles." If you go through every day with those thoughts in mind you'll manage to keep yourself out of a lot of trouble. I'm convinced many of the problems people have in the corporate world just arise from them wandering into places they don't need to be and engaging in squabbles a wise person would sidestep.

You can learn from everybody. It doesn’t matter if they have a few days of experience or 30 years of experience. We all have different perspectives, and each one is valuable.

Definitely , I love hearing about all individuals experiences and advice as sometimes I have come across a similar situation and it has made me think when someone gave me advice about this topic.
In my long career in HR, I’ve learned that I don’t want to rep companies who don’t realize their people are their most valuable asset, and treat them accordingly. Don’t get me wrong, working for shitty companies has taught me a lot. Know that, if you make a misstep in your choices, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Always treat every mistake you make as a learning experience.

Yes think of them as a learning curve, we’re all human everyone makes mistakes but you learn from them and remember not to do the same again.
Boundaries and empathy. You can care deeply about people and still protect your own energy. That balance is what keeps you in HR long term.
