No one upstream plans properly, deadlines shift daily, and yet we’re expected to work magic with whatever scraps we’re handed. 😂 I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been looped in after a crisis starts and expected to fix it yesterday. I love the craft, but I’m tired of being treated like the emergency button. How do you set boundaries when saying “no” makes people act like you’re tanking the whole production?
