Would anyone be willing to share their salary and bonus as an A3 in advisory at PwC?

I would argue that being in the a group is better than the b group. While one can argue that A3b is technically closer to the next level than A3a, A3a doesn't have the stigma of not making it to the next level last year, whereas that's often the csse for A3b. That said, Associates and Senior Associates move up based on tenure and not as much performance, so moist people should be moving up the ladder just fine at these two levels

A3A 78k ATL 4% bonus 2 rating last year

A3B $84k DC- 7% bonus

It's the cohort position for associates it's A or B usually based on experience.

4% bonus. Heard last year was a bad year, hopefully that's why. Otherwise flat salary raises and crappy bonuses makes for unhappy employees

Wht does B mean ?

I think OP is asking for money.

Was hired in as an A3 at 83k a couple months ago

Ey1 were you hired as a a3a or a3b ?

TC1, I have know idea...where would I find this out??

I have been offered an A3 role, now i dont know if its an a or b . b sounds closer to SA so lets see ll ask the recruiter that in my next call

People often times get hired in the a group

So a 'b' rank is better than 'a' P3?

Ey1 , how long did it take to get your offer letter ?

Took 8 days after getting the verbal TC1

Oh ok , you are like a future me ! How was the onboarding process ? Did u join their advisory prac. ?

Lol, well future welcome! On boarding was chill - half a week in Atlanta and then the next week in Chicago for training. Yes, joined advisory practice in MC horizontal

Nice 🥃! Thanks !

Of course, cheers mate!

Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

To clarify, I don’t have an offer yet, I’m just looking to make a move.

Thank you!

I recently raised my rates after being told I wasn’t charging enough on here. Both of my main clients have already responded saying they either can’t pay me my new rate ($125/hour with 15 years experience) or are interested in “talking further.” So naturally I’m starting to freak out a little bit. I’m still pretty new to freelancing full time. What do I do/say? Do I hold my ground and hope for clients that pay me what I’m worth? Or lower my rates/standards and hope I can make ends meet! Help!

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
