If you like working from 24/7 then Deloitte india(USI) is the best of all the companies out there. You are hearing good things about Deloitte because of hiring ? Everyone talented functional/ technical individual left .
Firm hired lot of campus hires and staffed on projects in USI. If you know how to spell fusion you will be hired for sure.
Had heard good things about the projects and pipeline.
Didn't really hear much about the mass exodus (or rather I have but probably ignored it - assumed it to be the usual gripes about WLB that people have).
Deloitte is still one of the best HRT practices. Oracle by extension. The pipeline is huge and last year too many were let go due to covid so we are desperately trying to fill spaces.
I am not talking about pipeline D2, I am talking about work life balance and quality of work every other practice had. If you’re a M or SM at US core I completely understand your comment. For USI folks Working in Oracle HRT practice is night mare. Everyday they are logging of at 4 IST ? managers and project leadership shamelessly encouraging it.
Accenture is kicking ass by the way.
As someone who has experienced both Deloitte and PwC, learning is difficult in Deloitte. You tend to be stuck in just one module and that affects your CV. Also, pay is really good in PwC as well. You get a lot of opportunities in PwC to explore different modules, have enough time for your additional initiatives and get time for your self learning. No doubt Deloitte has a really good pipeline but PwC is a Big4 too
Thank you :)
