Hi Guys, Want to know about HCL appraisal process. Joined in Aug 2021, when will we receive pay raise and variable. Rating - GP I heard that completion of one year is mandatory i.e. Aug 2021 to Aug 2022 and post completion also after two months we will receive our pay raise and variable.
