First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
