In your position, definitely. $100k + better in-house options (where you want to end up) is far worth it for a couple days in office, assuming it’s not an insane commute.

Just because the RTO policy is 3 days doesn’t mean you have to comply with it. And if you’re leaving in a year or two and comp is lockstep then there’s not really any negative consequence for not following the policy.

Could vary by firm but mine has a written policy for bonus and RTO isn’t part of it - just hours, collections, and entering time on time. Promotion is where it can come up, but it doesn’t sound like that matters to OP.
If I stay, I’ll probably get thrown to work with a new lateral partner who is horrible/nightmare to work with so staying doesn’t look great either, even though I’m well liked in the group. If I’m leaving BL in a year or two anyways, I might as well milk most cash I can? Feeling very conflicted bc I love being remote
