No brainer

Commute is a big thing to consider but that’s a huge increase in both pay and PTO. Worth it. Also, my guess is that after a few months or a year you can take a wfh day here and there and no one will say anything.
Yes. Course I’m already 5 days in the office, flexible schedule. So same same.
I would accept right away if the commute is not too long and costly for me, if I see career growth opportunities by doing that, and if I don't have little kids at home.
It seems like a no brainer, but maybe share more. What commute did you have? How long is your new one? Are the hours the same?
100%, nothing to consider, don't walk, run
Yes, definitely. It'd be more of a debate for me if I was currently working from home full time. As is, the two additional days in office are very much worth the pay and vacation increase.
Without consideration I would take it so long as it still provides flexibility

Yes.
Yes cause I’d be able to afford to live in the city closer to my job 🙏🏼
Absolutely
More than likely YES
Not for me but then I'm one of the very few fully remote employees on my contract. My mental and physical health means more to me. Also I work for a sh*tty company and in office would require me to be around too much noise and no privacy.
