Loved their past work so much and I’m sad to see they’re devolving.

Any firm that increases your workload and effectively pays you less is just taking advantage of you. I wouldn’t stay.
Morgan?
HAHAHAH I love how every post in here like this people just assume its Morgan and Morgan. Its also crazy to see the amount of attorneys that have worked at Morgan and Morgan and have nothing nice to say LOL.
What’s your total comp? How many years in practice?

About 95k last year. 2 years in practice
Typical, the more you so the more is expected of of you; with no compensation
Salary sounds low, but we do need more info. Was the goal set very low for you as a rookie and you're seeing expected increases? The thing about blowing a goal out of the water is that you can expect the goal posts to move the following year. About the raise part... did you ask or are you upset they didn't offer it? Not attacking you, alot of people get uneasy about salary negotiations. Don't expect it, demand it and be prepared to shop your success (beat goal by 50% right?) elsewhere. If you're good, bet on yourself and make the move. It's torture for me trying to hire people and I'd never let a good one walk without trying to make em happy.

I am hitting about the same numbers that prior associates with 6-7 years of experience hit.
Would you tell a colleague that they should stay at a firm that raised their requirement by more than half while not paying additional comp? Pretty obvious no here
