I work in a firm that is known for litigation defense. I’ve been developing my own plaintiffs practice as well. I am able to pay the bills with my hourly defense work, which gives me time to focus on a handful of high value PI case a year on contingency. I was recently negotiating a case and was told part of the reason the claims rep/OC was jerking me around was because they didn’t see me as a plaintiffs attorney. Is there any way to change this perception or does it just come over time?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

I’ve gotten to the final stage in interview process at 5 places now to be told no. First and second interviews at a bunch of other places too. Starting to really feel drained. So much work for nothing

Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. My skin is showing really bad acne, I feel unmotivated even to fill out job applications; I’m having trouble falling asleep at night and even though I sleep past noon sometimes I still feel tired during the day... Is it stress or burnout?

I want to advance in my career, but I have no energy to do anything when I get home, even if it's an early day.

Have been having really stressful and vivid dreams since quarantine started. A few dreams have even been insanely disturbing. I’m on Zoloft & Wellbutrin. Therapist thinks it’s not related to the meds. Anyone else experience this and got through it? CONT’D

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Has anyone else dealt with PTSD and had it impact them at work, and how did you handle it?

I’m riddled with anxiety and emotionally convinced that something bad is going to happen today. It feels like instinct mixed with dread. Does anyone else get this? How do you move past it?
