I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. I am planning to move to San Jose and looking out for salary range offered to audit seniors. I am in the middle of my CPA and just need to pass one more paper. Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Since San Jose is overly priced, I would like to get an estimate that how much EY offers in that location.

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag?
