On top of that I've been asked to be in a lot of them which adds additional time commitment and cost. Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .

What kind of consultants should go to Hell?

Hi All, I just had my first round of interview with Natwest.
My total exp: 5.3Yrs Skill set: Java, Spring framework, Hibernate.
The interview revolved around just two concepts which they are using internally within there project. The concept is hardly used in java.. Some old concept from a package.
No questions were asked from Spring or concept of database or hibernate even no backend Rest API.
Need suggestions is it normal, happens with others too? Asking as I am actively looking for change
